Well here you are, your favorite microwave has ceased to be anymore, it is now time to give it a proper burial and buy a new one that will replace it. There is one problem though, you are a little short on cash and really cannot afford a brand new microwave. Fear not my friend, there is such a thing out there called appliances scratch & dent that can give you a replacement microwave and you not have to fork over a ton of money. Now I know When people hear the terms appliances scratch & dent mentioned in the same sentence, they tend to think that they are getting an appliance that is no better than the one they just tossed out. There is a lot of great appliances that are out there that need a good home, this is where a store that sells appliances scratch & dent, these are the just as top quality as the ones that you find on the showroom floor and cost far less as the new perfect models. Many of these stores figure that since you are saving massive money on the price of the appliances they will not deliver to your home. This is why you will need a friend that has a truck that can help transfer the item from the store to your home. Otherwise the money that you are saving will be eaten up by the store to deliver your appliance, if they will at all. If you find yourself without an appliance scratch and dent outlet in your city, then it is time to head to the local thrift store. Now I know that you are under the impression that I have lost my mind by saying this. The truth is that a thrift store is not a bad idea when it comes to finding appliances scratch and dent. While some of these appliances are used quite hard, there are some great deals that are to be found when dealing with these from a thrift store. Many times a person will take an item like a microwave up to a thrift store to donate it. This many times is because the person has recently replaced the appliance with a newer model. There is nothing wrong with the older model, they just want to have the newest one on the market. These thrift stores test these appliances to ensure that they are safe to use as well as being functional. If you buy your microwave from a thrift store, you can still many times get service and parts for them, the catch is that you need to make sure that your appliance does not date back to the days of the Egyptians. As long as it is a model that is fairly recent, then you will be able to find parts for it in order to repair it an keep it running for a long time. Thrift stores are an excellent way to replace that loyal appliance that has been with your family for years. Just because the tag appliance scratch and dent are attached to these appliances, does not mean that they are any less reliable and able to be used for a long time. Just make sure that you look it over and test it yourself at the store to ensure that it works. |
